Heartfelt was founded in 2002 with a heartfelt commitment:
To aid our fellow grieving parents.
Since then, our dedication has shown in impactful ways. We created a Children's Memorial in Seward and established an outreach group, offering invaluable resources and unwavering support for all those who grieve.
As we reach out to those outside of our community, we seek to be a circle of support and hope for everyone.
We are here For Healing.

New Water Fountain Memorial Unveiled
Heartfelt is proud to introduce a new memorial water fountain, thoughtfully placed to honor and remember those we've lost. This peaceful addition serves as a place for reflection, connection, and healing—a gentle reminder that love and memory continue to flow through our community. We invite you to visit, pause, and reflect by the fountain as we continue to support one another in grief and hope.
